I. Overview

The ZN63 (0S1) -12 indoor solid sealed pole Vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for three-phase AC power systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and a frequency of 50Hz. It can be widely used in power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical, manufacturing industries, airports, and residential areas as a control and protection device for electrical facilities. It is particularly suitable for places with frequent operation or multiple short circuit current interruptions under rated current, and can be installed in indoor air insulated switchgear (such as KYN28 and KYN96) for supporting use. The circuit breaker complies with the requirements of GB 1984 "High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers", JB/T3855 "High Voltage AC Vacuum Circuit Breakers", DL/T 403 "Technical Conditions for Ordering 12kV~40.5kV High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers", and relevant requirements of IEC 62271-100 and other standards.

II. Environmental conditions for use

1. Environmental temperature: upper limit+40 ℃, lower limit -15 ℃ (storage and transportation allowed at -30 ℃);

2. Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;

3. Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%;

4. Saturated vapor pressure: The daily average value shall not exceed 2.2 × 10Mpa, and the monthly average value shall not exceed 1.8 × 10Mpa;

5. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees;

6. No places with fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, or severe vibration.
